Und zum Restaurantgebäude gehört das Pepper Tree Cottage aus dem Jahre 1876. Das Cottage ist denkmalgeschützt und kann während der Öffnungszeiten des Restaurants besichtigt werden. Auf dem Weg zum Roberts befindet sich der Pepper Tree Weinkeller, wo auch Weinproben stattfinden.
